Just incase there are people who do not know what the rules are for eating clean, Im going to give you some tips.
1. drink lots of water
2. If it comes out of a box or can, dont eat it
3. Eat six small meals each day (or every 2 to three hours)
4. combine lean protein and complex carbs together at each meal
5. Eat the right portion sizes (this is tricky, how many of you actually look at the serving size when your making food. Are you aware that 1 slice of bread is a serving size?)
6. Stay away from any white pasta, bread, or rice
7. Stay away from sugar, chemicals, or any processed foods including kraft single cheeses and even lunch meats!!!!
8. Avoid saturated and trans fats
9. Avoid artifical sugars (like those found in your diet pops)
10. Do not eat anything that is man made like crackers, chips, etc.
